Yechuk does not guarantee profit.
Yechuk does not provide investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or gambling advice.
Users use Yechuk at their own judgment and responsibility.
No Guarantee of Profit, Winning, or Rewards
Yechuk does not guarantee that users will make a profit.
Yechuk does not guarantee that users will win predictions.
Yechuk does not guarantee that users will receive rewards.
Yechuk does not guarantee that a specific market will be established, that participants will gather, or that rewards will be generated.
If a prediction is incorrect, users may lose their staked amount.
No Guarantee of Currency or Token Value
Yechuk does not guarantee the price, value, future value, liquidity, convertibility, or tradability of DFS, YCK, user-issued coins, or any other tokens.
The prices of DFS, YCK, and user-issued coins may fluctuate due to market conditions, liquidity, demand, supply, external services, regulations, and other factors.
In a market using a user-issued coin, rewards are also paid in that user-issued coin.
Whether that coin can be exchanged for DFS, YCK, BNB, USDT, or any other currency depends on supported services, market conditions, liquidity, and trading status.
Yechuk does not guarantee the exchangeability, convertibility, price maintenance, or external exchange liquidity of user-issued coins.
Disclaimer Regarding Locked YCK
YCK has two states: locked and unlocked.
Locked YCK can only be used within the Yechuk platform.
In principle, to unlock locked YCK, users must participate 10 times in markets created by the operator.
Participation in markets created by users does not count toward unlocking locked YCK.
If a user participates with locked YCK, rewards will also be paid as locked YCK.
Even if the opposing participant used unlocked YCK, the reward for a user who participated with locked YCK will be processed as locked YCK.
Yechuk does not guarantee that locked YCK will always be unlocked, that unlock conditions will not change in the future, or that locked YCK can be freely transferred outside the platform.
The usage conditions, unlock conditions, eligible markets, required number of participations, and reward status of locked YCK may be changed at the discretion of the operator.
Disclaimer Regarding Yechuk Point（YP）
Yechuk may grant 10,000 Yechuk Point（YP）to new registered users.
YP is a point for practice, trial use, and checking how the service works.
YP has no monetary value.
YP cannot be exchanged for DFS, YCK, or any other token.
YP cannot be sold, transferred, converted into cash, or withdrawn.
Yechuk does not guarantee that YP has monetary value, that it can be exchanged for tokens in the future, or that it can be withdrawn as a reward.
Disclaimer Regarding Market Resolution
Market results are determined based on the resolution conditions and reference source set for each market.
Yechuk strives to improve the accuracy of resolution, but does not guarantee that all resolutions will always be perfect.
Resolution may be postponed, changed, frozen, cancelled, or invalidated due to reference source failures, changes in official announcements, data delays, API failures, abnormal prices, multiple interpretations, insufficient conditions, inability to resolve, technical failures, or similar issues.
If a market is frozen, cancelled, or invalidated, participants’ stakes will generally be returned in the same currency.
However, gas fees, market creation fees, and already incurred actual costs may not be eligible for refund.
Disclaimer Regarding Market Content
Markets, questions, choices, descriptions, reference sources, and content created by question creators on Yechuk may be created by question creators or third parties.
Yechuk does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, fairness, or usefulness of all market content.
If market content is unclear, the reference source is unclear, insider advantage is suspected, or the content violates laws or public order and morals, the operator may freeze, cancel, invalidate, or hide the market.
User Judgment and Responsibility
Before using Yechuk, users must check the question, choices, participation deadline, resolution conditions, reference source, currency used, and exception handling of each market.
Users participate after understanding these details and at their own judgment and responsibility.
In principle, after participation, users cannot change their choice, cancel participation, or request a refund of their stake.
Yechuk is not responsible for losses caused by user error, insufficient confirmation, lack of understanding, mistaken choices, submission errors, or connection errors.
Disclaimer Regarding DFSChain and Gas Fees
Yechuk is a service that operates on DFSChain.
Market creation, participation, settlement, reward distribution, refunds, and other processes may require DFS as a DFSChain gas fee or transaction fee.
Gas fees, transaction fees, and processing fees are generally non-refundable.
Even if a market is frozen, cancelled, invalidated, or refunded, already incurred DFSChain gas fees or transaction fees may not be refunded.
To the extent permitted by law, Yechuk is not responsible for losses caused by DFSChain specification changes, processing delays, network failures, transaction failures, or gas fee fluctuations.
Disclaimer Regarding External Services
Yechuk may integrate with MetaFace, DFSChain, WEXSWAP, HeyOTC, DEXs, external exchanges, wallets, APIs, price reference services, and other external services.
When using external services, the terms of use, fees, specifications, and risks of those external services apply.
To the extent permitted by law, Yechuk is not responsible for damages caused by external service failures, specification changes, suspension, price display errors, inability to trade, inability to convert, inability to withdraw, hacking, unauthorized access, information leakage, or other issues caused by external services.
Disclaimer Regarding Laws and Regional Restrictions
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of each country and region.
Users are responsible for confirming whether the use of Yechuk is legal in their country of residence, country of stay, and connection region.
Depending on the country or region, some or all functions of Yechuk may not be available.
To the extent permitted by law, Yechuk is not responsible for damages caused by legal changes, regulatory changes, administrative guidance, sanctions, licensing requirements, regional restrictions, or service suspension.
Disclaimer Regarding Fraudulent or Criminal Use
Self-referral, multiple accounts, fake registrations, bot use, unnatural referral reward acquisition, market manipulation, collusion, false explanations, exaggerated solicitation, and solicitation that hides risks are prohibited.
Organized crime groups, anti-social forces, mafia, criminal organizations, or persons related to them are not allowed to use Yechuk.
Yechuk must not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, concealment of funds, transfer of criminal proceeds, or any other criminal purpose.
If fraudulent activity, criminal use, money laundering, relationships with anti-social forces, or other serious violations are confirmed, the operator may take measures such as reward confiscation, asset freezing, withdrawal restrictions, participation restrictions, account suspension, account deletion, and reporting to relevant authorities.
Even if users suffer damages as a result of these measures, Yechuk is not responsible to the extent permitted by law.
Disclaimer Regarding AI Monitoring
Yechuk may use AI-based monitoring and operator review to protect fair markets.
AI may check registration status, referral relationships, participation patterns, fund flows, unnatural transactions, suspected multiple accounts, bot behavior, and suspected market manipulation.
AI detection is used to identify possible fraud, and the operator may conduct additional reviews when necessary.
If fraud is confirmed, measures such as reward confiscation, asset freezing, withdrawal restrictions, participation restrictions, account restrictions, and account suspension may be taken.
To the extent permitted by law, Yechuk is not responsible for damages caused by measures based on AI monitoring or operator judgment.
Disclaimer Regarding Service Suspension and Specification Changes
Yechuk may change, suspend, interrupt, or terminate all or part of the service due to service improvement, legal compliance, technical measures, risk management, security measures, or operational necessity.
Yechuk may change supported currencies, reward distribution, market creation conditions, participation conditions, regional restrictions, unlock conditions, gas fees, and functions.
To the extent permitted by law, Yechuk is not responsible for damages caused by such changes, suspension, interruption, or termination.
Disclaimer Regarding Security
Yechuk implements reasonable security measures to protect user information and service safety.
However, not all risks can be completely eliminated, including internet communication risks, external service risks, user-side device management risks, third-party attacks, phishing, malware, wallet mismanagement, and mistaken connection to external links.
To the extent permitted by law, Yechuk is not responsible for damages caused by user mismanagement, device loss, leakage of authentication information, unauthorized use by third parties, or access to scam links.
Use by Minors
Yechuk does not permit use by persons under the age of 18.
Users represent that they are 18 years of age or older at the time of using Yechuk.
If a minor uses Yechuk with false information, Yechuk is not responsible for damages arising from such use.
Scope of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Yechuk is not responsible for losses, lost opportunities, lost profits, damages caused by price fluctuations, damages caused by lack of liquidity, damages caused by token value decline, damages related to resolution results, damages caused by service suspension, damages caused by external service failures, or damages caused by user error.
Even if Yechuk is held liable, the scope of liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.

This Disclaimer may be changed due to legal changes, service changes, risk management, technical specification changes, or operational necessity.
