Important Notices

Please make sure to read the following important notices before using Yechuk.

Yechuk is a prediction market platform where users can predict the outcomes of future events and receive rewards according to the results.

Participation in Yechuk involves risks, including the risk of incorrect predictions, loss of staked amount, price fluctuation, lack of liquidity, resolution delays, technical issues, regional restrictions, and legal or regulatory changes.

Yechuk does not guarantee profit, winning, rewards, convertibility, liquidity, or the value of any specific currency.

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of each country and region.

Users are responsible for confirming whether the use of Yechuk is legal in their country of residence, country of stay, and connection region.

Depending on the country or region, some or all functions of Yechuk may not be available.

Yechuk grants 10,000 Yechuk Point(YP)to new registered users.

Yechuk Point(YP)is a point for practice, trial use, and checking how the service works.

Yechuk Point(YP)has no monetary value.

It cannot be exchanged for DFS, YCK, or any other token.

It cannot be sold, transferred, converted into cash, or withdrawn.

However, by using Yechuk Point(YP), users can check how Yechuk works without using real assets.

First-time users should always use Yechuk Point(YP)first to practice the flow of prediction participation, choice selection, deadlines, result resolution, and reward display.

After fully understanding how the system works, users should participate in real markets using DFS, YCK, or user-issued coins.

Before participating in a market, participants must check the question, choices, participation deadline, resolution conditions, reference source, currency used, and exception handling.

In principle, after participation, users cannot change their choice, cancel participation, or request a refund of their stake.

Market results are determined based on the resolution conditions and reference source set in advance.

However, if reference source failure, data acquisition failure, abnormal prices, multiple interpretations, inability to resolve, fraudulent participation, market manipulation, or legal issues occur, the operator may freeze, cancel, invalidate, postpone resolution, or process refunds for the market.

Yechuk may allow participation using DFS, YCK, or user-issued coins approved by the operator.

In a DFS market, rewards are paid in DFS.

In a YCK market, rewards are paid in YCK.

In a user-issued coin market, rewards are paid in that same user-issued coin.

In principle, only one currency can be used in a single market.

DFS, YCK, and user-issued coins cannot be mixed within the same market.

If a user participates with locked YCK, rewards will also be paid as locked YCK.

Even if the opposing participant used unlocked YCK, the reward for a user who participated with locked YCK will be processed as locked YCK.

In principle, to unlock locked YCK, users must participate 10 times in markets created by the operator.

Participation in markets created by users does not count toward unlocking locked YCK.

The usage conditions, unlock conditions, eligible markets, required number of participations, and reward status of locked YCK may be changed at the discretion of the operator.

Because Yechuk operates on DFSChain, market creation, participation, settlement, reward distribution, refunds, and other processes may require DFS as a DFSChain gas fee or transaction fee.

Gas fees and transaction fees are generally non-refundable.

Yechuk does not guarantee the price, future value, liquidity, convertibility, or tradability of user-issued coins.

Self-referral, multiple accounts, fake registrations, bot use, unnatural referral reward acquisition, market manipulation, collusion, false explanations, exaggerated solicitation, and solicitation that hides risks are prohibited.

Organized crime groups, anti-social forces, mafia, criminal organizations, or persons related to them are not allowed to use Yechuk.

Yechuk must not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, concealment of funds, transfer of criminal proceeds, or any other criminal purpose.

If fraudulent activity, criminal use, money laundering, relationships with anti-social forces, or other serious violations are confirmed, the operator may take measures such as reward confiscation, asset freezing, withdrawal restrictions, participation restrictions, account suspension, account deletion, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Yechuk may use AI-based monitoring and operator review to protect fair markets.

If fraud is confirmed, users may be subject to reward confiscation, withdrawal restrictions, participation restrictions, account restrictions, and other measures.

Even a single fraudulent act may result in reward confiscation or usage restrictions.

Yechuk’s service content, usage conditions, reward distribution, supported currencies, market creation conditions, participation conditions, unlock conditions, gas fees, transaction fees, prohibited acts, and other rules may be updated from time to time.

Before using Yechuk, users must check the latest Important Notices, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and individual market rules.

By using Yechuk, users are deemed to have understood and agreed to these Important Notices, the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer.
