Terms of Use
These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using Yechuk.
All users who use Yechuk are deemed to have agreed to these Terms of Use, the Important Notices, the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, and the individual rules displayed for each market.
Updates to Content
The service content, usage conditions, reward distribution, supported currencies, market creation conditions, participation conditions, unlock conditions, gas fees, transaction fees, prohibited acts, and other rules of Yechuk may be updated from time to time.
Users must check the latest Important Notices, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and individual market rules before using Yechuk.
Updated terms and rules will become effective when displayed on Yechuk or at the time determined by the operator.
Service Description
Yechuk is a prediction market platform where users can participate by forecasting the outcomes of future events.
Users can participate in public markets as participants.
Users can also become question creators and create their own prediction markets.
Yechuk operates on DFSChain, and users may participate in markets using DFS, YCK, or user-issued coins approved by the operator.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for confirming whether the use of Yechuk is legal in their country of residence, country of stay, and connection region.
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of each country and region.
Depending on the country or region, some or all functions of Yechuk may not be available.
The operator may restrict the use of Yechuk by certain regions or users for legal, regulatory, risk management, or compliance reasons.
Yechuk Point(YP)
Yechuk grants 10,000 Yechuk Point(YP)to new registered users.
YP is an in-service point for practice, trial use, and checking how the service works.
YP has no monetary value.
YP cannot be exchanged for DFS, YCK, or any other token.
YP cannot be sold, transferred, converted into cash, or withdrawn.
Before participating with DFS, YCK, or user-issued coins, users are encouraged to use YP to practice and confirm how Yechuk works, including participation, deadlines, resolution, and reward display.
Locked YCK
YCK has two states: locked and unlocked.
Locked YCK can only be used inside the Yechuk platform.
In principle, to unlock locked YCK, users must complete 10 game participations, also referred to as rolling.
However, only participation in markets created by the operator counts toward unlocking.
Participation in markets created by users does not count toward the rolling requirement for unlocking locked YCK.
This means that, in order to unlock locked YCK, users must participate in eligible operator-created markets and meet the required participation conditions.
If a user participates in a market using locked YCK, the prize received when winning will also be received as locked YCK.
Even if the opposing participant used unlocked YCK, the reward for a user who participated with locked YCK will be processed as locked YCK.
In other words, if you bet with locked YCK, you receive locked YCK.
This is to clearly separate the usage scope and status of locked YCK and unlocked YCK.
The usage conditions, unlock conditions, eligible markets, required number of participations, counting method, and reward status of locked YCK may be changed at the discretion of the operator.
Even while locked, YCK may be usable inside Yechuk, but its usage scope is limited to the Yechuk platform.
Market Participation
Before participating in a market, participants must check the following information:
- Question
- Choices
- Participation deadline
- Scheduled resolution time
- Resolution conditions
- Reference source
- Currency used
- Exception handling
- Refund conditions
- Freeze conditions
Participants agree to participate based on their own judgment and responsibility after understanding these details.
In principle, after participation, users cannot change their choice, cancel participation, or request a refund of their stake.
Responsibility of Question Creators
When creating a market, question creators must set clear and objectively verifiable conditions so that participants do not misunderstand the market.
Question creators must accurately set the following information:
- Question
- Choices
- Participation deadline
- Scheduled resolution time or resolution conditions
- Reference source used for resolution
- Definition of numerical standards, if any
- Reference exchange or reference data
- Whether resolution is based on closing price or instant price reach
- Exception handling
- Currency used
- Refund conditions
- Freeze conditions
Markets with unclear wording, markets whose answers are already known, markets where only insiders know the answer, markets where the answer can be manipulated later, markets that depend on subjective judgment, or markets that violate laws or public order and morals cannot be listed.
Market Creation Fee and Minimum Participation Amount
When a question creator creates a market, 1 USD worth of DFS is required for each market creation.
This creation fee is required for market creation, listing management, spam prevention, and operational management.
The creation fee is paid in DFS.
However, paying the creation fee in DFS is separate from the currency used by participants in that market.
The question creator may choose the currency used in the market within the range approved by the operator.
In other words, the creation fee is paid in 1 USD worth of DFS, while the market participation currency may be selected from DFS, YCK, or user-issued coins approved by the operator.
In a DFS market, participants use DFS, and rewards are also paid in DFS.
In a YCK market, participants use YCK, and rewards are also paid in YCK.
In a user-issued coin market, participants use the specified coin, and rewards are also paid in that same user-issued coin.
The minimum betting amount is, in principle, from 1 USD worth of coins.
For example, in a DFS market, the minimum participation amount is 1 USD worth or more of DFS.
In a YCK market, it is 1 USD worth or more of YCK.
In a user-issued coin market, it is 1 USD worth or more of the specified coin.
However, the minimum participation amount, supported currencies, conversion method, price reference source, and required quantity may change depending on market conditions, token prices, operator judgment, and individual market rules.
DFSChain Gas Fees
Yechuk is a service running on DFSChain.
Therefore, market creation, participation, settlement, reward distribution, refunds, and other processes inside Yechuk may require DFS as a DFSChain gas fee or transaction fee.
This DFS is required to execute processes on DFSChain.
In addition to the creation fee, minimum betting amount, and participation currency, gas fees may occur depending on DFSChain processing.
Gas fees, transaction fees, and processing fees are generally non-refundable.
Even if a market is frozen, cancelled, invalidated, or refunded, already incurred DFSChain gas fees or transaction fees may not be refunded.
The required amount of DFS, calculation method, conditions for occurrence, and payment timing may change depending on DFSChain specifications, network conditions, operator judgment, and service specifications.
Supported Currencies
Yechuk may allow market participation using DFS, YCK, or user-issued coins approved by the operator.
In a DFS market, participants use DFS, and rewards are paid in DFS.
In a YCK market, participants use YCK, and rewards are paid in YCK.
In a user-issued coin market, participants use the specified coin, and rewards are paid in that same user-issued coin.
If a user participates with locked YCK, rewards are also paid in locked YCK.
If a user participates with unlocked YCK, rewards are also paid in unlocked YCK.
In principle, only one currency can be used in a single market.
DFS, YCK, and user-issued coins cannot be mixed in the same market.
User-Issued Coins
If approved by the operator, user-issued coins may be used as a participation currency in markets.
In markets using user-issued coins, rewards for winners, question creators, and referrers are also paid in that user-issued coin.
Yechuk does not guarantee the price, value, future value, liquidity, convertibility, or tradability of user-issued coins.
When using user-issued coins, users participate after understanding the risks of the coin itself.
Reward Distribution
When a market ends validly and the result is confirmed, rewards are distributed according to the predefined distribution rules.
The basic distribution is as follows:
- Winners: 84%
- Question creator: 8%
- Referrer: 3%
This distribution is not calculated based on the total final amount received by the winner.
It is calculated based on the losing side’s stake.
However, the actual distribution may change depending on market design, currency used, individual rules, operator judgment, or specification changes.
Resolution
Market results are determined based on the resolution conditions and reference source set at the time of market creation.
For price predictions, the specified exchange, resolution time, target price, closing price, or instant reach condition will be used as the basis.
For sports, the specified match and final result will be used as the basis.
For news or events, official announcements or reliable public information will be used as the basis.
If reference source failure, data acquisition failure, abnormal price, multiple interpretations, inability to resolve, technical failure, fraudulent participation, market manipulation, or legal issues occur, the operator may postpone, change, freeze, cancel, invalidate, or refund the market.
Objections
Users may file an objection with the operator if they believe there is a clear error in the market resolution.
However, objections based simply on “I am not satisfied” or “the result was different from my prediction” will not be accepted.
An objection must be supported by objective evidence such as resolution conditions, reference sources, official announcements, or recorded data.
The operator will make a decision based on the individual market rules, reference sources, resolution conditions, and objective information.
Market Freezing, Cancellation, and Invalidation
The operator may freeze, cancel, invalidate, hide, postpone resolution, or process refunds for a market in the following cases:
- Resolution conditions are unclear
- Reference source is unclear
- There is a problem with the market content
- There is a risk of insider advantage
- Fraudulent participation is suspected
- Market manipulation is suspected
- The market violates laws or public order and morals
- Technical failure occurs
- Reference source failure occurs
- The operator determines that objective resolution is impossible
Money laundering, transfer of criminal proceeds, fraud, concealment of funds, or other criminal use is suspected
Use by organized crime groups, anti-social forces, mafia, criminal organizations, or related persons is suspected
If a market is frozen, cancelled, or invalidated, participants’ stakes will generally be returned in the same currency.
However, gas fees, creation fees, and already incurred actual costs may not be eligible for refund.
If fraud, criminal use, money laundering, relationship with anti-social forces, or other serious violation of these Terms is confirmed, the operator may refuse refunds and take measures such as asset freezing, reward confiscation, account suspension, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Users must not engage in the following acts:
- Self-referral
- Creating or using multiple accounts
- Fake registration
- Bot use

Fraud Monitoring
Yechuk may use AI-based monitoring and operator review to protect fair markets.
AI may check registration status, referral relationships, participation patterns, fund flows, unnatural transactions, suspected multiple accounts, bot behavior, and suspected market manipulation.
If fraud is confirmed, the operator may take the following measures:
- Reward confiscation

- Withdrawal restrictions
- Participation restrictions
- Account restrictions
- Account suspension
- Market participation suspension
- Cancellation of referral rewards
- Additional identity verification
- Request for related documents
- Reporting to relevant authorities
Even a single fraudulent act may result in reward confiscation or usage restrictions.
Referral System
Yechuk may allow referrers to receive rewards based on the activity of users they introduced.
However, self-referral, multiple accounts, unnatural referrals, fake registrations, bot registrations, false explanations, and exaggerated solicitation are prohibited.
Referral rewards are based on proper use and legitimate referral activity.
If fraudulent referral activity is confirmed, referral rewards may be confiscated or cancelled.
Identity Verification and Additional Checks
The operator may request identity verification, address verification, source of funds verification, sanctions screening, or related documents in the following cases:
- Participation in high-value markets
- High-value market creation
- Abnormal transactions
- Unnatural fund movements
- Suspected use of multiple accounts
- Suspected fraudulent use
Suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, transfer of criminal proceeds, fraud, concealment of funds, or other criminal use
Suspected relationship with organized crime groups, anti-social forces, mafia, criminal organizations, or related persons

- When the operator deems it necessary
If the user does not comply, or if illegal, fraudulent, or criminal use is suspected, the operator may take measures such as participation restrictions, withdrawal holds, refund holds, asset freezing, reward confiscation, account restrictions, or account suspension.
